Bob has a tractor service in southern Oregon, about
30 miles from Grants Pass.
THE BACKHOE:
Bob has an 8 foot backhoe, and here's what he says:
"the backhoe is a tool for digging ditches, footings,
testholes, French drains,
and power ditches. It will dig 8' deep and it is
equipped with 12" & 24" buckets."
The BOXSCRAPER
The boxscraper is a great tool for road grading, filling
potholes,
smoothing and moving dirt, rock, and shale.
And with the tractor's three-point hydraulics, the boxscraper
can be titlted for angled scraping and crowning of roads, with
even distribution
of gravel or shale. The rock company can spread the
gravel well, but to have a long-lasting, smooth road without
holes or ruts, the boxscraper grader is necessary.
OTHER IMPLEMENTS
Bob has other tools for agricultural jobs:
BRUSH HOG- MOWER - for mowing fields and eradicating those
tenacious
blackberry plants which are trying to take over the world.
ROTOTILLER - four foot wide for tilling gardens, fields,
and berry plants
LASER LEVEL - Electronically accurate leveling for sites
